Overview: A new single-story library facility designed with a traditional aesthetic featuring a brick facade and metal roof. The interior layout is centered around a main control desk that separates the designated Adult and Children’s wings. Key amenities include a 16-person Meeting Room, a Staff Workroom, and a welcoming Lobby area. The project brings modern library services to the Turbeville community while maintaining a classic architectural style suitable for the region.

Proposed Primary & Secondary Dwellings

In this residential project, a primary dwelling, a secondary dwelling, and a sizable shed will be built on a 4005 m² plot of land at Lot 14 No. 300 Worongary Road, Worongary.
Principal Components:

Main Residence: A large-scale family home containing five bedrooms, a dedicated media room, a butler’s pantry, and an outdoor kitchen area.
Auxiliary Dwelling: A separate two-bedroom living unit equipped with its own kitchen, living space, and carport.
Workshop Shed: A massive utility building featuring a 16,000mm longitudinal footprint.

Architectural & Site Details

Build Aesthetic: The design incorporates James Hardie linea cladding and corrugated metal roofing set at a 22.50° pitch.
Eco-Friendly Integration: The site plan includes multiple water tanks and a 6.6kW solar power system.
Landscape Engineering: The property is secured by automated vertical entry gates and utilizes tiered retaining walls to manage the terrain.

Maplewood Park

The project involves the renovation or construction of multiple multi-family residential buildings (identified as Buildings No. 1 through 10).

Unit Variety: The plans detail several apartment configurations, ranging from 1-bedroom (e.g., Apt 1A) to 4-bedroom units (e.g., Apt 5A-4BR).
Building 10 (Community Building): A dedicated structure featuring a Community Function Room, kitchen, and mechanical spaces, serving as a hub for the complex.
